Friendly staff who were always willing to help with anything I needed during my stay. The breakfast buffet was fantastic and the rooftop terrace had amazing views. The hotel was conveniently located near the beach and there were plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The room was clean and had all the amenities I needed, including a comfortable bed and a spacious bathroom.

Although the hotel was in a great location, the surrounding area was not very exciting and there wasn't much to do outside of the hotel. The prices for some of the hotel services were a bit high compared to other hotels in the area. I had a pleasant stay and would recommend this hotel for business travelers looking for a comfortable place to stay with great service.

Fantastic location, opposite large public beach. Spacious rooms.

When I first arrived, The rooms smell rusty and have unpleasent odor throughout the room and the corridor so i demands for a change to non-smoking rooms which is on the 5th floor. The receptionist told me that they will charge an extra of $20 for each room. Ofcourse i wasnt agree with this so then they changed to $10 then eventually give up and let me move to the exact same type of room i booked but on the nonsmoking floor. The new rooms still smell as bad but at least they dont smell like cigarettes in these rooms, they stills looks the same but the hotel staffs keep pressing that they have do me a huge favour for moving me to this nonsmoking room withing any charges and these should be higher priced rooms... I think the hotel staffs were trying to make extra cash from hotel guests and failed to make it this time.

Our new year's stay at this hotel was lovely. The sea views from the room were stunning and the staff were helpful. The location was perfect as it was right on the beach and there were many nearby eateries to choose from. The buffet breakfast had a wide variety of options, both Vietnamese and Western, and was included in the price of our stay.

Although our stay was enjoyable, we did have some minor issues. The air conditioning was a bit too strong and made the room too cold at times.

The hotel has a great location close to everything with chairs available a block back from the beach. the rooms have enchanting views to the fishing harbor and are good in size and clean. the breakfast buffet is fantastic and the service is efficient. Guests can enjoy the top floor bar and cafe with sensational views of the brightly lit city.

Despite the good location, the hotel lacks staff training in English, and service seems to prioritize group tours.

I had a great time at this hotel! The location is amazing, right on the beach. The rooms are spacious and comfortable with all the amenities I needed like air conditioning and a mini-bar. The staff were extremely helpful and the service was top-notch. I enjoyed the buffet breakfast and the restaurant and bar area were great for relaxing. The hotel also had a sauna and a swimming pool, perfect for unwinding after a long day. this place was fantastic and I would highly recommend it.

I would recommend this hotel to all.
